  We had a great time at ALYA Kartepe with its beautiful concept, wonderful view and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Zoo was very well thought out.

  Our Alya Kartepe Holiday

  First of all, I would like to state that all the staff were very attentive. All our needs were met very quickly from the moment we first entered until we left.

  Both breakfast and dinner were delicious in the half-board. It was especially enjoyable to experience different and carefully prepared flavors every evening instead of the open buffet concept. The restaurant's environment, hygiene, and the speed of the staff were very good.

  The facility, villa, rooms, surroundings, and restaurant were very clean. It was obvious that the pesticide was well-treated for flies, insects, etc.

  We completed our holiday by resting in a very peaceful and quiet environment as a family. The cleanliness of the pool water, the comfort of the sun loungers and seating groups, and the wifi speed in the house were all very good. I would like to state that it is definitely a facility where you can rest and stay as a family. In addition, since the villa we stayed in was protected from all sides, we did not have any problems in terms of privacy.

  The restaurant also has room service during the day, and there were markets very close to the facility. There is also a mosque 500 meters away outside the facility. There is also a small zoo within the facility.

  As a result, we had a very happy stay and we would definitely choose to stay there again in the following years.

  En başta tüm personelin çok ilgili olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Her türlü ihtiyacımız ilk giriş anından çıkışa kadar çok hızlı karşılandı.

  Yarım pansiyonda hem kahvaltı hem akşam yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Özellikle açık büfe konsepti yerine her akşam farklı ve özenle hazırlanmış lezzetleri deneyimlemek çok keyifli idi. Restoranın ortamı, hijyeni, personelin hızı çok iyidi.

  Tesis, villa, odalar, çevre ve restoran çok temizdi. Sinek, böcek vs. için ilaçlamanın iyi yapıldığı belliydi.

  Ailecek çok huzurlu ve sessiz bir ortamda dinlenerek tatilimizi tamamladık. Havuz suyunun temizliği, şezlong ve oturma gruplarının rahatlığı, evdeki wifi hızı hepsi çok iyidi. Kesinlikle ailecek dinlenerek konaklayabileceğiniz bir tesis olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Ayrıca konakladığımız villa her taraftan korunaklı olduğu için mahremiyet açısından hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

  Restoranın gün içinde oda servisi de mevcut olup tesise çok yakın konumda marketler de mevcuttu. Tesis dışında 500 metre mesafede cami de mevcut. Tesis içerisinde küçük bir hayvanat bahçesi de var.

  Sonuç olarak kesinlikle sonraki yıllarda da konaklamayı tercih edebileceğimiz ve çok memnun ayrıldığımız bir konaklama yaşadık.
